We provide a 60 days RTB (Return to Base) warranty with all our refurbished items. This covers repair of the machine, labour and replacement where necessary.

We accept payment by PayPal only. Buyer is responsible to pay all required Customs Duties if required on the item delivery.  

We ship within 1 business day after payment is received. We use DHL Express and provide tracking for all purchases. We ship to everywhere. Shipments are sent only to the address provided by PayPal shipping account address. If you wish to have the item shipped to a different address, please change your shipping address in PayPal.    

Customer Satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you are not satisfied with an item you may return it. To receive a full refund for the paid product (not for the shipping costs) for defective or damaged products, please contact us within 14 days of the purchase date. If a product can not be replaced due to availability, a similar agreed upon product may be substituted of equal value. Buyer is responsible and pay for return shipping.
All returns require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting us through EBAY MESSAGES or Phone.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
