This box is in VERY GOOD shape having only lost a bit of the plate due to rubbing.  

In the Czech manner of 1920s/30s Art Deco style and probably contemporaneous.  Blue bakelite and crystal accents on a pressed metal case which would be big enough for credit card or just ornamental.  A rare piece
