The skirt is made with a standard waistband which closes with an antique clear glass button. There is a hidden m black cotton drawstring cord inside the waistband which allows the waist to be cinched in.  The waistband opens to 37" and can be narrowed down from that measurement. It is 25 1/2" long and has a narrow rolled hem.  The circumference of the hem is a generous 92" .  All of the seams are finished to prevent raveling.
