Synthetic resin coating is a technology for the production of curved coatings on printed substrates by applying crystal clear resins based on thermosetting polyurethanes and epoxides. This creates a 1-3 mm thick, arched, crystal-clear top layer. The resulting lens function gives the print a special depth of color and plasticity. The top layer is characterized by its elasticity and high resistance to UV rays and mechanical loads.
