This antique French box is made of satin wood with a darker wood lining. The top is decorated with Charles X motif appliques with an elegant monogram in the center. The front panel of the box folds down to make access easy. The condition of the box is good, with some signs of its age. The wood lining is missing from the front panel and also is partially missing from one of the sides. The bottom is lined with a dark blue velvet lining that can be removed. 

Measurements are: 6 5/8" by 4 3/8" and 2 1/2" tall.
