Warranty:

The warranty extends to the guarantee between the Kbike Srl and the customer of this company.

Under warranty, the functionality of the article is understood. Improper handling of the article will void the warranty.

The warranty period covers a period of 3 years, starting with the date of delivery of the article. The guarantee extends to articles purchased through the EBAY shop "KBIKE-Factory".

Should a warranty be given, this shall be notified in writing.

A copy of the invoice or proof of purchase must be attached.

In the warranty case, we reserve the right to make an examination and replace the item, repair or reimburse the purchase price.

The statutory warranty is not limited by this warranty and remains unaffected.
