Straightforward Returns!

We understand that sometimes purchases do not work out. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the item received, please contact us within 48 hours. Please do not return any merchandise without contacting us first.  We will be happy to work with you to ensure your satisfaction.

 Return Criteria: 

-Items must be returned within 30 days.

-The item must be new and never installed in any way, must be in its original packaging, be complete, be undamaged and have all of its original and undamaged labels. 

-These criteria apply to all returns, even if you were sold the wrong part.

-We kindly ask that you confirm you have the correct part before you destroy the packaging or attempt to install the part.

-If you need assistance, please use the “Ask a question” link at the bottom of the listing. We are always happy to assist.

 Shipping

• We will ship orders to the address on the order. Please be sure to confirm you are giving us the correct address at the time the order is placed.
• In stock orders ship within 24 hours.
• Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.
• If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will shipped to you immediately.
• Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 days.
• We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
• Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.
• In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.

  Payment & Return

We stand behind our products.
Items can be returned for exchange or full refund within 30 days from the date you receive your merchandise. We are not responsible for any purchase after this 30-day period.

• Contact us through eBay messages to arrange for any returns. Be sure to include your order number.
• Parts must be resalable and in the original packaging. All labels must be intact and not altered in any way.
• We cannot take back used parts.
• We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
• Electrical parts are not returnable.
• We reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
• Return request need to be within 30 days of receipt.
• We do not accept returns on international orders.
