We accept almost all payment methods. For most items, immediate payment is required if items are purchased via “Buy It Now”. Unless specifically described, all orders with cleared payment will be dispatched in same business day or next business day.

Our items can be shipped to both Australia and any other countries worldwide. We use Australia Post as our primary delivery method and both standard and express shipping are available. Most of the time domestic standard delivery is FREE and express delivery requires an extra fee depending on item weight and your location within Australia. International delivery postage is charged mainly based on your location of country or region. Please read “Postage and payments” section for details in each listing.

Once your payment is cleared, all orders will be dispatched in same business day if your order is placed before 10:00am from Monday to Thursday or before 9:30am on Friday. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday (and public holiday Monday) will be dispatched the next Monday (Tuesday). While we strive to make delivery as fast as possible, actual delivery time is out of our control, once your item is in the hand of the courier.

We will NOT be held responsible for any item lost or damaged during the transit, if the buyer’s postal address is NOT correct.

Pickup is not available for all brand new items.

All new items of this store can be returned under the following circumstances:

★ Item needs to be in the original unopened package it was posted in;

★ Item must be returned within 30 days after the buyer receives it;

★ Refund will be given as money back;

★ Buyer pays for return postage and packing.

While we endeavor to provide superior customer services through offering returns in most cases, however, under certain circumstances we do not accept returns:

★ If you simply changed your mind, found the product cheaper elsewhere, or decided you don't like or need the product;

★ You misused a product and have caused or contributed to the failure of the goods, for example, by damaging or misusing the goods.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material, workmanship or broken components under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

We will:

★ Repair the product or any broken parts of the product at no cost, using new or replacement parts; or,

★ The product will be exchanged with a new product; or,

★ The price of product will be refunded, either partially or fully.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from us is number of months from the date of purchase. It varies depending on category the product belongs to, as listed below:

★ Consumer electronics: 6 months;

★ Outdoor gears: 12 months;

★ Collectibles: N/A.

A replacement of Physical Good or parts assumes the remaining Warranty Period of the original Physical Good.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship, including but not limited to:

★ Damage of a product resulting from misuse or negligence;

★ Damage of a product resulting from unauthorised modification of the product;

★ Damage caused by natural disaster;

★ Theft or loss of the product, etc.

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. You can do so by clicking “Contact Seller” button from the product listing.

The following terms and conditions apply:

★ The product must be returned in its original packaging;

★ Any original documents (including proof of purchase such as tax invoice) or accessories that shipped with the product must be included in the package;

★ You are responsible for paying any shipping costs incurred to and from our premises.

If you are purchasing tobacco products from our store, please note:

★ It is our store’s policy not to sell or supply cigarette lighters to people under the age of 18 years. Please ensure you are over 18 before placing an order. It is your responsibility to comply with relevant laws of your state before making a purchase.

★ Strictly keep out of reach of children.
