Flat Rate shipping carriers are USPS, UPS or FedEx. Be assured that if I use the Postal Service,
it will never be by Parcel Post since they are rough and leave the packages in the system too long. 

Remember that shipping time is listed using only Monday through Friday (business days) and there are exceptions by these carriers if your address is in an outlying location. I have seen Priority Postal shipments take over a week for their 2-3 Day Service! Although I ship within one day of receiving payment (except weekends and Holidays), I have no control over carrier time.
