Vacuum-packed and rolled For a handy shipping format Shipping a foam board is quite cumbersome due to its format. And this is how it works: For vacuuming and rolling, we use a specially developed machine that is one of the most modern on the market. It extracts the air from the foam boards that are already wrapped in foil and presses them down to a minimum  Height. Only then are they rolled. With this new process, we bring our foam boards to an optimal shipping format - hygienic, gentle and without loss of quality! After unpacking, the foam sheet needs a maximum of 60 minutes, but to get back its original shape, the foam sheet needs  approx. 1 Day.

Info example RG  35/46  -  Density = 35  - compression hardness = 46

Density equals quality

the higher the compression hardness, the harder

density

RG. It is calculated from the mass of a yarn or fabric to its volume and

takes into account the trapped air in porous bodies. It is given in kg/m3 (= cbm).

The higher the density with the same hardness, the better the performance properties, ie high

Elasticity with low material fatigue.

compression hardness

Compression hardness is the physical strength of an area in square meters (m2)

acting pressure in Pascal (Pa), which is necessary according to din 53 577,

to compress the foam by 40%
