And this is how it works: For vacuuming and rolling, we use a specially developed machine that is one of the most modern on the market. It extracts the air from the mattresses, which are already wrapped in foil, and compresses them to a thickness of three to four centimetres. Only then are they rolled. With this new process, we bring our mattresses to an optimal shipping format (diameter approx. 40 cm) - hygienic, gentle and without loss of quality! After unpacking, the mattress needs a maximum of 15 minutes to return to its original shape.
