These are the Key Dates 1979-S Type 1 . or Filled S and the Type 2, or Clear S, Proof Lincoln Cent.  This coins were removed by myself from its original Proof Sets with gloved hands using the utmost care.  These are beautiful coins with deep mirrors and ultra cameo contrast.  Any color you see is the reflection of my pink camera in the mirrored fields of the coin. The 1979-S Type 2 coins resulted from a change in mint mark style at the San Francisco Mint partway through the year in 1979, resulting in these coins having lower mintages than their Type 1 Counterparts...in the case of the Kennedy Half and Anthony Dollar, MUCH lower mintages!!  I have tried my best to capture the mint mark in the photos but my camera can be troublesome with small mint marks sometimes.
