One Man Delivery

  • Please ensure that you or someone you trust is available at the property to receive the delivery. If you have opted for the standard FREE delivery, the item will be delivered to your door. If your order contains heavy/bulky furniture, then you may be required to assist the driver as most of our standard delivery is done using one man delivery.

Two Man Delivery

  • If you think you may not be able to assist the driver with heavy/bulky items, we advise you to select our 2 Man delivery to the room of your choice option which is charged at £19.99. 2 Man Delivery service is only applicable for deliveries in England & Wales.

Return & Refunds

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

  • You enjoy of a right of having fourteen (14) working days which to return an item for any reason. The product that you wish to return must be returned in same condition as supplied and must also un-used & in its original/appropriate packaging.
  • £60 (SIXTY POUNDS) will be charged for arranging a collection for your items if you wish to return it, reason for item being not fit for purpose or in-case you change your mind and decide not to keep the item(s).

    There will be NO charge for collection.
