FAST SHIPPING - All orders are sent using a fully tracked Royal Mail 48-hour service. This service usually takes between 1 to 3 working days to arrive; however, it can take longer during busier periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. With this fully tracked fast service, this means your order will arrive in plenty of time making it an ideal choice for any occasion. Please note for international orders you may need to pay a customs charge.
FLEXIBLE RETURNS WINDOW - It is easy to get caught up in your busy day to day schedule therefore we offer a very generous returns policy. A lengthy returns period means that you can return any unwanted products at your own convenience with no hassle. That's why Willow Gifts accepts returns on all purchases 60 days after the arrival date of your order. However, used boxers cannot be returned if worn, due to hygene reasons.

Instructions for Transfer ONLY
1. Place transfer on garment.
2. Place baking paper over the top.
3. Hold iron over the paper for 20 seconds.
4. Remove the baking paper.
5. Hold iron over for a further 20 seconds.
6. Slowly lift a corner of the transfer to check it has taken to the t-shirt, then slowly lift off the transfer.
