If you have purchased invitations including a photo please email a good quality jpeg image to us through Ebay messages

We kindly ask you to check all details thoroughly before sending, particularly spelling of names, dates and phone numbers etc, as the information I receive will be printed on the invitations.

All invitations are posted within 5 working days of all details being received and cleared payment. (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Dispatch times and delivery estimates only apply if we have received your complete finalised wording at the time of ordering.

In the unlikely event that your order is delayed in the post we will not be able to refund or compensate you for the delay/inconvenience – our best advice is to order ASAP with plenty of time to spare.

All items are delivered Royal Mail 2nd Class (with proof of postage) within the UK

* Items should not be returned if you have changed your mind after the item has been sent to print.
