RAW GRADED
This comic is CBCS RAW Graded 8.5. The reference for the comic is 21-0F6F893-006 which can be verified at the CBCS website. Keep in mind, this is an uncertified grade, but still an independent 3rd party estimation of the quality of the book from one of the leading certification providers for comics. Grading is highly subjective and even experienced comic enthusiasts will sometimes inflate their grade, the benefit of using CBCS in this case is to get consistency in the quality of the grade. Raw Graded comics have a Tamper-Proof seal on the back (See pics) that indicates the comic is still in the condition as RAW graded. If you look at the bottom right of the main picture you can see the Raw Grade sticker (attached to outside of Mylar Bag). I like RAW graded comics because you really can read them without the headache of cracking a slab to get to your collectible. If you are a hobbyist who likes to tinker with cleaning and pressing, RAW graded comics give you a great starting point.
