The "Toyota 2000GT" is a full-scale sports car that Japan is proud of in the world with its state-of-the-art high-performance mechanism and elegant styling at that time.
Only 337 units were produced in a short period of about 3 years, and the price was 2.38 million yen, which was enough to buy two representative "Crown" of domestic luxury cars at that time, and it was also an ultra-rare luxury car.
With this product, the 1/18 scale model, which has been a long-selling model since its launch in 2003, has been reviewed from scratch and reborn as a completely new model with the latest technology.
In the interview, with the cooperation of the "Toyota Automobile Museum" in Aichi Prefecture, the actual vehicle was scanned in 3D and a new mold was manufactured.
Taking advantage of the "Autoart Composite Diecast Model" that can realize sharp lines, we succeeded in reproducing a more accurate body shape on the actual vehicle.
It is now possible to perfectly match the moving parts and each panel with dust, which is not possible with a die-cast body.
