Our preferred method of Payment is Paypal.
We require payment within 7 working days of receiving your order. If we do not receive payment, an unpaid item case will automatically be opened on the 7th working day in order for us to recover our fees from eBay.

We pride ourselves on a speedy dispatch for all items. If your order is received before 1pm on a business day (Monday - Friday), it will be dispatched on the same day. If your order is received after 1pm or on a Weekend, it will be dispatched the next business day.
All our parcels are sent by either Royal Mail or UK Mail. Proof of posting is acquired for each parcel that is dispatched. Ordering for delivery outside of the UK Mainland is no problem BUT please email for a quote first!

We try to keep our postage costs to an absolute minimum. All costs quoted cover not only Royal Mail/Courier charges but also all packing material costs.
WE DO NOT BELIEVE IN MAKING MONEY THROUGH EXCESSIVE POSTAGE CHARGES
We’re also happy to offer a combined postage discount where possible. The amount depends on order weight and destination. Feel free to contact us for a quote, we’ll always do our very best!
We are happy to accept returns for non faulty products within 14 days of receipt PROVIDING they are received in the condition they were sent in. Please note, if the product is not faulty, we will not pay for any return parcel costs!
Faulty Items
If your item develops a fault please notify us via My eBay. If the fault has
developed within 28 days of delivery we will offer a refund, including postage costs or a
replacement product once the original product has been returned to the Crillys
team or assessment and verification of the fault. If the fault develops after 28 days but
within the 12 month warranty period please contact us via My eBay and we will repair
or replace it once the original product has been returned to the Crillys team
for assessment and verification of the fault.
If a product is returned as faulty but not found to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault
has developed as a result of misuse, no product or postage costs will be refunded.
Returned items may take 48 hours to be delivered back to us for assessment if collection is
arranged by Crillys. Please note that it can take 3-5 days for any refund given
to be shown in your PayPal account.
