The middle tip of the piece has been damaged and has a wrinkle that can be seen in the last picture. Additionally, although I can't be certain, it might have had a monogram removed. Otherwise, the piece is in estate condition with some small surface scratches and / or blemishes consistent with vintage sterling silver flatware.
