Tolpin Art Studio Demitasse Cup & Saucer

I believe this to be from the Tolpin Art Studio. The outstanding early Chicago Decorator & Artist, Emil Tolpin started his own Decorating Studio, in Chicago, in 1920. Having gained his experience by decorating for the foremost Studio of the Day, Pickard Studio, Tolpin was able to attract to his new Studio many former Pickard Artist, such as Kalita, Miller Thonander, & Rhodes.

Pretty Hand painted blue flowers and gold trim. Signed with initials “OD”

Demitasse cup is 2” tall and the saucer is about 4 1/2” wide.

Nice condition. No chips, cracks, crazing.

Display stand not included.
