These beautiful loading blocks were designed by a member of the US Shooting Team and precision CNC machined from solid acrylic blocks.

Machining acrylic is not as easy as it seems. Solid slabs are first machined flat so they are parallel and then go through a process that involves the change of several custom cutters to end up with the beautiful sheen that have the nice chamfers on each hole as well as the outside edge. Every hole bottom has a secondary primer pocket milled in so the primers do not contact the bottoms.
