Typically it takes 3-5 business days to process a
returned item once it has been received by us. The return credit will be
applied to your PayPal account or your bank account. We will not be
responsible for damaged returned merchandise.
If
products are returned to us within 90 days from the purchase day, we
will refund or replace any defective product(s). Shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refundable. Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping charges and we bear the re-sending charges.
After
90 days and up to 180 days of purchase, refund request will not be
accepted unless a replacement is not available. Customers are
responsible for paying all the shipping charges (including the return
and resending ones). · Although it is our goal to ship a
replacement as quickly as possible, we do not send replacements before
we receive and inspect the returned merchandise.
For
battery pack or battery related products, cell capacity depletion over
time under regular use is normal, and is not an indication of defect. A
battery pack that retains eighty percent (80%) of its original capacity
after twelve months is considered normal.
For
battery pack or battery related products, warranty becomes void if the
battery pack has been improperly charged, installed or misused in any
way, or if the label and/or bar code label has been removed or tampered
with.
We recommend that you use register post so you have a tracking number.
