Very old, however Shell is in Excellent Condition, inside has perfume and deodorant stains and some easy to repair tear, but it’s still beautiful given age. A Unique Piece!

Decades ago, it wasn’t known that Fur shouldn’t be washed so the lady I bought this from did wash it once and that made the Fur much less soft but it’s still nice to touch and wear, if I try describe it I’d say it feels more like Camel fur as opposed to Rabbit fur. Priced accordingly to Era, Brand and Condition.

More details about the item: I lived in France and know that the E.C.B Vetment Luxe is an “Haute Couture” company that existed in France around the 20’s amongst hundreds others that couldn’t survive the economic crisis. Can’t confirm whether it was sold or changed to a different brand name/ owner or activity.

I’m 47 and bought the jacket in 2007 from a French woman born in 1920, she died in 2014. Besides the info above, everything else stated in the listing is based on what the coat’s owner told me when I bought it.
