If International (anyone outside of the United Kingdom) post is offered, international buyers must contact me first, otherwise your order will be automatically cancelled. I will NOT post to the following listed locations:- Nigeria, Italy, Russia or Greece. As a gentle reminder, the buyer is responsible for all international customs/duty charges/surcharges.

Courier pickup is not offered.

All used/refurbished products are thoroughly tested before dispatch, unless they are sold as for spares and repairs.
All new products are robustly manufacturer tested under their strict production Quality Control processes.
With that said, problems do on very rare occasions occur so please contact me first to deep-dive and investigate your issue.

My returns process does not cover buyer misuse and abuse of goods

I am not a eBay or catalogue or business seller operating a 30-day (or thereof) free goods trial and free postage returns shop!

Buyer must pay for the postage (carriage costs agreed upfront with me – the seller, or I will provide a label at my discretion) relating to tracked return of alleged faulty goods, or if goods were originally collected then they must be returned by prior mutually agreed logistical arrangement.

Return postage will only be refunded for genuinely manufacturer defect faulty goods (return postage does not apply for goods collected).

All returns must be supported with substantive evidence of fault and are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee as applicable. You will be advised of the exact restocking fee once the item has been returned and forensically examined.

Any alleged faulty or auction non-description conforming goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or collection (as applicable).

Any agreed returns, must be returned in new, unused condition together with the original undamaged packaging for resale.

All returns require an RMA number supplied by me before goods are to be returned.

Any buyer claims/returns without an issued RMA number will be wholly voided.

Once an RMA has been agreed and provided, the buyer must return the goods within 3-elapsed days, otherwise the claim will be wholly voided.

All agreed returns will be processed within 10 working weekdays (weekend and public holidays not counted) after receipt of goods.

Agreed RMA’d, non-fraudulent and genuinely faulty goods will be refunded within 21 elapsed days.
All items are security marked and all (external and internal) serial numbers recorded before dispatch to prevent fraudulent returns.

All RMA agreed returns will also be checked for signs of tampering, parts change/theft, damage, broken seals, use, serial numbers (including locked internal), abuse and misuse.
Any RMA approved return will be thoroughly and forensically inspected before next steps.

Scam/fraudulent buyers will be reported to eBay and the legal authorities / POLICE as required - you have been warned !

Other T & C’s includes:- No scammers. No returns by default. Any item deficits/shortfalls must be reported within 24hours of receipt of goods, otherwise your claim will be voided. Where applicable, please check all auction photos carefully, as they form part of my description – if anything is unclear, you must clarify this with me first before bidding.  Payment must be made within 24hrs of purchase. Any order(s) from EBAYers with any kind of previous dealing(s) resulting in dispute and/or refund will be cancelled without question. Payment via Paypal (or any major credit card via Paypal facility), cheque or postal order. In any case, item will be dispatched only after payment has cleared. Where applicable item will be dispatched by secure post and will need to be signed for. Any unclaimed redelivery will be charged to purchaser.  The buyer (where applicable) is responsible for any tax and/or import duty.
