This hung in my dad's office for years.  I don't know how old it is or where it came from.  I have a picture of the scratch in the wood on the front and the minor tear on the backside.  There appears no other way to view the document without tearing the brown paper on the back, which I decided not to do.  It is still wired to hang and ready for your shop or office.

Due to it's size 16 X 12, it will need well packed in a sturdy box, so shipping won't be cheap.
