This is a 1993 San Francisco 49ers media guide autographed by Steve Young.

Although the item is not officially authenticated I can tell you that I handed the item to Steve at the 1996 (maybe 1997) NFL Golf Classic in Clifton NJ and watched him sign it and return it back to me.

The media guide is a bit worn on the corner. The autograph may have faded slightly too (see pictures).
