Why should I buy from you rather than from one of the other sellers on eBay?

I have been a member on eBAY for over 16 years with a perfect feedback score.  I have had many transactions that have been very beneficial to both seller and buyer.  I always deliver what I promise and will communicate fully to make sure the entire transaction (and your vacation) is everything you expected and more!

Some things to be aware of for vacation rentals:

• Does it require a 60-90 minute sales presentation?  Many do, mine does not.
• Is the stay 3 or 5 nights rather than a full week?  This auction is for 7 Nights, shorter or longer durations can be set up as well.
• Can you confirm the dates and unit available?  This reservation is confirmed.  Other reservation will be made based on availability.  I have several popular dates already reserved for a better chance you will get the prime dates.  Once availability is verified and payment is received, the reservation will be in your name and you can talk to the resort directly to confirm or ask any questions about your stay.
• Always check feedback and how long a seller has been on eBAY (use good judgement).
• Verify seller has the EBAY Travel verification in the add.
• Does the seller respond quickly and accurately when questions are asked?  I will make sure you have the information you need to decide if this is the right bid for you to make.

Can you guarantee a particular week?
I can guarantee the week once I verify availability.  I have other vacation experiences available at different locations around the country.  I list them occasionally here and advertise them elsewhere.  Feel free to ask.

Where is the resort located?

The resort is located right on the ocean in the highly sought after Lahaina/Kaanapali area. 

Do I have to attend a timeshare presentation?

No. I am already a timeshare owner; you would be staying as my guest.  

Is there tax on the room?

No, all fees and taxes are included with this reservation.  Note the Transient Occupancy Fee noted above that is collected at the resort.

Can I check my reservation myself?

Yes, I encourage you to confirm your reservation once it has been made.

Can I change my reservation myself?

No, the resort only allows the member to make changes. However, I am available online or by phone every weekday (day and evening), and almost all weekend days. I will be happy to take care of any changes you need to make. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept paypal (which accepts debit and credit cards).  You can also pay once you receive your confirmation.

How can I contact you?

Send a question through ebay or purchase the week, I will email you with my cell phone number, email address, and mailing address.  I prefer email when possible.  I am available most days on my cell.  If I do not answer, please leave a message.  I normally reply within an hour.  

What if I change my mind?

Once the ebay auction is concluded, you are bound to purchase the week or risk receiving negative feedback and a warning from eBay (just as with any other auction on eBay).  Having said that, I will try to work with you to find someone to take the reservation at the same price plus change fees depending on how close to the reservation (this has worked in the past, but I cannot guarantee it). 

What do you need from me?

After the close of the auction I'll need to know:

Your name (i.e. the name you want the room booked under), address and phone number.

What happens after the reservation is completed?

I will email or fax you a copy of the resort confirmation, usually within two weeks. You may bring this with you when you check in but is not required. You just need to show a photo ID matching the name on the reservation when checking in, the written confirmation is not required.
