This is the Albert Nestler slide rule No 23R/1.
The Slide Rule Museum identifies it as the No 14 and Photo #3 is from the Slide Rule Museum.

This is what the museum's entry says about it:

Albert Nestler No.14/3 Mannheim with Reciprocal Scale
Made in Germany
Note: "Railroad Track" divisions and lamination screws
Front Scale (extended)
27cm // A [ B, C1, C ] D || 27cm
Back Scale
[ S, lg, T ]
Well: 30-56cm
Multi-lined cursor
Back: Equivalents (in German)

Note that it says 'Multi-lined cursor'--most of the museum's entries say that, but I only see one line on the cursor.

The current owner dates it at 1924-1927.

Mahogany stock with laminated white celluloid.
Aluminum cursor. The current owner put masking tape on two sides of the cursor--you can take it off.
Lines and figures in red and navy blue.
Back text in English and German.
The back text is printed on paper, then glued on. That paper has corroded somewhat (see photo).

The case shows lots of wear--it's just heavy board covered with black paper. That paper should be re-glued in a couple of spots. But it's otherwise sound.

All perfectly usable.
