12mm x 100mm quick release self locking ball lock pin with retaining cable.
These high tensile stainless steel button release ball lock pins are perfect for simple and robust fastening of parts and equipment.
Instructions
1) Choose the appropriate size ball lock pin based on:
- The diameter of the fixing hole for the pin diameter
- The thickness of the pieces to be held together for the usable length
2) Press and hold down the button on top of the handle to retract the fixed ball locks into the shaft
3) Slide the pin lock into place
(Ensure the ball locks clear and visible on the opposite end of the fixing pieces. This allow the ball locks to release out of the shaft and lock the pin into place)
4) Release the button and the ball locks will release and fix in place
5) When necessary, secure the retaining cable to avoid losing the pin
6) To remove the pin: Press the top button and lift out the Pin for a quick and easy release.
