It's carved completely by hand out of a solid piece of wood, is done with elaborate stylized detailing of a nude lady in a gorgeous stretching pose.
She rests on a green onyx base and is signed/dated on thew back of the hair.
The sculpture is in great condition and measures 8 1/2 inches tall by 5 inches long by 3 1/2 inches wide.
