When we receive the returned item, inspect it, and it is found to be in the same condition that we shipped it in (brand new, unused, in the original packaging with tag attached) then we will provide a refund.  Refunds are less original cost to ship the product.  Returns that have any signs of use or handling will be reported to eBay; in these cases a partial refund may be given.

UPS can NOT deliver to PO boxes, so please provide us with a physical street address. Once your item is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. We cannot offer Flat Rate or Free Shipping to HI, PR and AK. Please email us for shipping rates to HI, PR and AK.

Signature at delivery may be required for some items over $250.

We do offer SOME of our auctions to international buyers. Shipping charges in the listing only cover the US shipping costs.  Extra shipping charges are required for international destinations. The customer is also responsible for any customs charges incurred.
