Antique Victorian Ceiling Tin Tile with Cameo and Torches I have for Auction a Piece of Antique
Ceiling Tile. This Tile that was Salvaged from a Building built in 1890
along the Mississippi River. This is a lovely piece of aged Victorian Cameo Tin Tile that Measures about 24 " x 18 " . The Pattern is Thick and Detailed which Shows off the Cameos Surrounded by Torches. You Have to Just Love It. It Definitely Stands Out Wherever you Put it. This is some of my favorite tin because when the paint chips off it shows what i call Carnival Tin , With the Iridescent Colors just like Carnival Glass. Due to its Purple, Gold and Amber colors. I personally would smash it on the ground to remove as much paint as possible showing the Original Tins Colors, I think its Just Awesome. (and Check out the last 3 Pictures. This piece is half of a full 48" wide piece of the tin this piece was cut from they are not sold in this auction but may be available upon request) ....... Its Very Chick and Very Cool.
