Please enclose a copy of the packing slip with all items sent to you, i.e. packing box, pouches, pendant chain etc... All returned merchandise must be un altered and unworn condition. Items are guaranteed to be as described, if we do make an error let us know and we will provide prepaid return packaging.

Returns made more than 14 days after receipt of merchandise will be accepted at our discretion and subject to a 15% restocking fee.
