These catalogs were acquired from the estate of a collector, and came with others in a stamped manila envelope from the Deputy Provincial Secretary, Parliament Buildings, Victoria BC Canada.
Excellent condition, new and uncirculated but may show very light wear from being handled by a few people.See photos
