SLW2 CLOSURE SYSTEM

Northwave's SLW2 closure system is the only one that offers step by step and full opening release with just 1 single trigger. The XFrame construction set new standards for the fit of road race shoes and eliminating their pressure points. Our most demanding riders challenged us to take it to the next level: make the fit even more customizable. Northwave’s response? They added the double SLW2 dial that lets you tighten the fit around the instep and forefoot to different degrees for custom-fit adjustability and even finer adaptability. XFrame 2 retains all the same cool features that put the first-generation XFrame in a class of its own, like plastic inserts replaced with soft tapes, and the soft, flexible Dyneema cable that naturally conforms to the shape of each foot.

Outsole: Morph Carbon 12 AAS sole with full-carbon insert in the pedal area with a stiffness index of 12.0.
Anatomical Arch Support made of TPU, allows the shoe to perfectly shape on the bow arch, making it the ideal sole for any type of foot
NW Speedplay adapter compatible for the lowest stack height between foot and pedal
Upper: Made with Xframe patented construction and ultralight next generation materials that are only 0.5 mm thick, the upper transfers every watt of power and provides the snuggest, even fit with no pressure points
Closure: SLW2 dial, the only one with step-by-step and full release in a single button
Heel: Integrated heel system containing directional fibre prevents any slipping

SHIPPING

All parcels will be posted using Australia Post, standard post with tracking (unless other method selected).
With Standard Post or Express Post, If no one is available to accept the parcel when signature on delivery is not chosen, Australia Post will opt to leave your parcel in a "safe place" if the driver deems this appropriate. If no safe place is identified, they will take the parcel back to your local post office for collection.
With Signature on Delivery, if no one is home, the driver will take the parcel back to the post office for collection, where ID and signature is required to collect. We recommend choosing this option for valuable items, or if you have concerns about your parcel's security.
Note: We recommend using a PO Box or business address, or opting for standard postage with signature if using a residential address that will be unattended during business hours. If your parcel was delivered to your premises and left in a safe place, and you have any issues locating the parcel, please contact Australia Post support for assistance, as they will have a photograph of the parcel in position on record.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Buying from outside Australia? We ship internationally too, using Australia Post Standard International Service with tracking.

Please note that the postage charge does not include Customs fees that may be incurred once the parcel enters Customs. Any fees that are charged by Customs are the responsibility of the buyer to cover, and completely outside of our control. Please take this into account when purchasing from overseas.

RETURNS

We accept returns up to 30 days after date of purchase, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in new saleable condition. Return postage will be paid by the buyer in the cases of wrong size, change of mind, ordered the wrong item etc. In the event of a faulty item, please contact us directly and specify if you would prefer to receive a replacement or a refund. We will assist with further instructions.

LOCAL PICK-UP

Local pick-up is available from our store in Heidelberg Heights, VIC. This can be arranged after payment is made, and will be available for collection after 1 business day to allow for stock transfer.
