Please be aware of having your package delivered to a safe place. It is becoming easier to steal packages from open areas such as porches. For this reason some more expensive electronic items will require a signature.
ABOUT THE SELLER
Shipping note: Here are two issues I can't control.
1. Handling after I deliver item to the postal/package delivery service. Used electronic parts are delicate and careless handling must be avoided.
2. Safety from someone stealing the package after delivery. I strongly suggest delivery to a location that has someone at home or office that is trustworthy. One of the biggest trends seems to be someone stealing packages from a front porch.
Delivery times are ESTIMATED. Please check tracking before contacting me.
Missing packages require an INVESTIGATION and takes time before ANY refund offered. E-bay has a 0 tolerance level for fraud.
Selling and shipping: I'm also aware of fraud increase and will investigate and work with delivery service to track down issues that may come up. NO refunds until the investigation is complete. Fraud is reported immediately to E-bay.
Please understand delivery will loose packages at times. It appears to be happening slightly more as demand increases. My packages are consistently mailed on time as is shown in TRACKING. If a package is 'lost' it takes time to investigate if a FRAUD attempt was made. Postal service does NOT consider a package lost until after 30 days.
Even so, E-bay holds ME accountable for their issue!
As a single individual selling specialized items shipping costs and 'lost' packages are expensive. Please be patient. E-bay offers protection and reimbursement if a package is truly lost.
