I do have a cat, my clothes are hung up, but occasionally the odd hair may be around when I pack my items up to send. Apologies in advance for this!

I try to use recycled packaging where possible

I combine postage for multiple purchases.

I am a private seller and I do not accept returns unless the item is later found to be faulty - something I have genuinely missed when listing.

I mainly use Royal Mail for posting, occasionally Parcel force for larger items. I always get proof of posting. Buyer is responsible, if on rare occasions the carrier fails to deliver. I can let you have the proof, if you need to make any claims.
