The tropical white morning-glory or "moonflower" or "moon vine," is a species of night-blooming morning glory, native to tropical and subtropical regions of North and South America. The name moonflower derives from their blooming in the evening and their round full-moon-like shape. Though it is grown as an annual, it can survive as a perennial in Zones 10 and 11.
