Former Cyclones Star Jeff Hornacek Hand Signed & Framed Logo Floor Tile

This Iowa State Cyclones 12"x12" logo floor tile has been hand signed by Jeff in black sharpie and it looks great! This would make a great present for any Hornacek, Jazz, or Iowa State fan. *Any white trim you see around the edge of the floor tile will not be on there when you receive it.*

The floor tile was signed at the Jazz team hotel prior to a road game during the 2012-2013 season.

The specific place and date where the item was signed will be included on the COA. Item comes with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) from me guaranteeing the authenticity of the item 100% for life.

Shipping for the floor tile will be $15.00 (to the USA) via USPS Priority Mail with Insurance. I only ship to the United States. If you have any questions about shipping please do not hesitate to contact me.
