Colorado State University men's basketball shorts. Size 42. Russell Athletic. Team issued. Perhaps worn by number 21 per a stamp inside? Old school and vintage. Not sure of year issued, but the Mountain West Conference logo is the old one. Own a piece of CSU history with these shorts! From a smoke free home.

A buyer asked me about sizing, and here is what I shared with him.  Wanted to add it here in case helpful for others:

These are size 42 and I am not 100% sure on the size conversion, but just looking at them, I would have guessed XL or a small XXL. I measured the waist from side to side (unstretched) and it's 17.5", in case that is helpful.
