For your consideration this classically styled elegant Carmen Marc Valvo strapless (or spaghetti strap can be pulled out or tucked in) dress.

This is in excellent condition and reads like a new garment with no rips tears stains etc. fully lined and the tag reads 10 but it runs smaller than that. I’d say it’s closer to a 8 Please note the measurements.  

This is a versatile dress with plenty of play with heels, boots or a ballet flat, Jean jacket or faux fur.  I imagine it with a huge sash with a bow and loads of vintage rhinestone baubles.
