The buyer must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.
All our products are dispatch in a brand-new condition, secure and safe packaging.
The damages are extremely rare, check the items are undamaged, immediately you receive delivery of them and notify us if they are received in a damaged condition as soon as possible.
We will accept the replacement or refunds, In the unlikely circumstances, if the products are defective, DOA (dead on arrival), or not as described.
The Item must be in the same/ real condition as received to qualify for a refund.
All New/Used items that are NOT defective or purchased by mistake, a changed mind can still be returned for a refund, but the buyer must pay for the return postage cost. (E.g., you brought wrong size or wrong item).

Our all the products purchased from Nakxronics comes with 30 days warranty from the date of ordered.
The warranty is only covers against defects in material, workmanship and other circumstances which limit its cover.
If for, any reason the product malfunctions, the warranty will cover this up to 30 days for a replacement, the existing warranty will carry forward NO NEW 30 days on the replacement item.
