One complete lower unit all components are in good condition with control cable assembly, water pump impeller housing, drive shaft, Plate, pinion shaft clutch assembly all parts shown cleaned, inspected disassembled to show internal condition needs new seals. Taken from a TN-28 Johnson Seahorse motor fresh water used was repainted at some point.  Take a close look at the photos zoom in the lower unit  you see is the one you will get.
