Shipping and Handling time
US domestic: Handling time is 1-2
business day(s) after payment completion and all necessary
information is received. Shipping time is approx. 5-10 business
days.
International shipping: Handling
time is 1-2 business day(s) after payment completion and all
necessary information is received. Shipping time is approx. 3-7
weeks.
All shipping rates include
insurance. We will provide you with tracking information
immediately upon shipment. We do local picks, ask for more
information. We ship via USPS, UPS and other freight companies
depending on your location. For International shipping, we are
not responsible for any duties/taxes that may be charged by your
local customs bureau.
Our Warranty
We guarantee that our wheels are
brand new and have NEVER been used. NO warranty is provided on
painted wheels. Polished and billet aluminum wheels oxidize and
require regular maintenance, therefore their finish is not
covered by any warranty. Other than applicable manufacturers
warranties, there are no warranties, expressed or implied,
including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose.
We do not warranty any damages or
structural failure due to misuse, improper handling, poor road
conditions, abuse, dropped, broken, chipped, bent, punctured or
physically damaged items.

Return Policy
Return and Exchanges are accepted
within 14 days from item receipt. The return item must be in NEW
re-salable condition. Return shipping charges including
insurance will be paid by buyer if return or exchange is not due
to an error or mistake. Original shipping charges are
non-refundable. Even if shipping is free, the actual shipping
charges will still be deducted from the final refund amount. If
you need to return or exchange an item, please email me to
obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA). You will need
to include a RMA number in your return/exchange. If
return/exchange does not include a RMA number, the
return/exchange will be refused. There is a minimum,
non-refundable 25% restocking fee. If you encounter a problem,
please do not mount the wheels and message me for help.
