Packing is unopened.  Plastic bag is still sealed.  Please note the first photo of the figure out of the bag is a stock photo.  It's hard to photograph this guy through plastic.  Who doesn't want their very own little Paul Shaffer?!  Comes complete as it was sold back in the 90's.
