* We will accept returns for exchange or refund within 14 days from the items shipment date. But the buyer shall be responsible for all return shipping charges.* Please note that shipping, insurance, and handling charges are not refundable.

* The product box is a means to protect the product. Please understand that reasons such as crushing or flooding of the box are not grounds for refund. ( In the case of new products, we are never selling damaged products. The problem during delivery is the delivery company's problem, so please request it to the delivery company.)

* Exchanges/refunds are not available for discounted (box damaged) products.

* Before requesting refund&exchange after opening the product, we are asking for sending [video clips & photos] while unboxing item to help us with refund/exchange inquiries. If the matter is difficult, we also specify that it is difficult to consult and that we cannot refund or exchange it.
