Vintage Royal Rudolstadt Rose O'Neill Wilson Kewpie 7 3/4" Dessert Plate From Germany.  This plate is most definitely used.  There is obvious wear in the center of the plate, as seen by the faded Kewpies. The gold trim on the outer rim is for all intents and purposes gone.  There are no chips, cracks or crazing lines.
