Plush is in good used condition, needs a little bit more stuffing in its neck so the neck can always stand upright, and does not have any foul odors, stains, tears, or loose stitching unless otherwise noted here.  All of our items listed come from a smoke and pet free home.  Many of our items listed are from their original owner; however, sometimes we list items that were purchased secondhand.  Please take a look at all the pictures of the item before buying as what you see in the pictures is the same exact item that you will be receiving from our store.  If there is a stock photo, please reference the other pictures of the actual item if applicable.  Please contact us if you have any questions about the item before hand.  We do our best to answer our messages within 72 hours but may be slow to respond around the holidays and some weekends.  Thanks for looking and happy buying!

Shipping & Handling

This plush will be shipped out immediately upon purchase as USPS first class mail.  We do not combine shipping on multiple plush and/or figures since our shipping service is free of charge and we pay out of pocket for those costs but you may request to have all your orders shipped in the same box.

All orders will ship out within 1-2 days upon received payment, sometimes orders may take a week to ship out during the holidays or if I am traveling since I travel for my job and can't always make it to the post office during regular business hours.  Tracking information will be provided to you as soon as your order is processed.  Once your tracking information has updated at the post office, most items will take anywhere on average from 3-5 business days to arrive to their location in the continental US and anywhere from a 2-5 weeks overseas.

All figures that have bigger or boxed packaging will be shipped inside a cardboard box with bubble wrap or poly air mailers unless the box is snug and sturdy enough to fit your item in; smaller clam shell packaging items (namely gen 7 figures) will be shipped inside plastic bubble air mailers under first class mail unless the order itself exceeds more than a pound in weight then it is shipped under priority.

Please verify your address at checkout as we cannot change the address after purchase and we will not be held responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.  We only ship to verified addresses on PayPal and do not ship to APO addresses (PO boxes are fine).  Please also request signature confirmation or insurance BEFORE payment is received so I can adjust the invoice to reflect the additional amount or we will have to cancel the order.  Signature confirmation starts at anywhere from $2.55+ as of 5/2018 and the insurance cost ranges based on the total value of the item.

International buyers are fully welcome.  However, we only ship through eBay's global shipping program at this time (no exceptions).

Return Policy

Returns are no longer accepted unless in cases of when the item received has been damaged from transit.  We have changed our return policy due to past buyers abusing our return policy.  If you have a problem with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out and contact us. If we make an exception for your reason of return, all items that are returned must be in the same condition that they were shipped out in unless they were damaged originally in transit.  All items that were brand new originally and have their packaging or tags removed will be refunded in half
