This pair of Gravity Guiding System Inversion Boots Ankle Holders One Pair, One Size Fits All by Robert M. Martin, M.D. are in a gently used, good, previously owned condition. They show signs of use and wear. They have minimal scuffs, scrapes, scratches, marks and nicks due to normal use, wear and handling. The inner, thick, soft foam shows slight signs of minimal wear and tear. The foam does have a few areas where it has some minor chipping in the material. The original box shows signs of rough wear and tear. The lighting of the camera's flash may make the boots appear as if they have discoloration, but they do not have any discoloration. The midnight black is dark and non-faded.

How to use Gravity Guiding Inversion Boots:

Tie a non-slipping loop at one end of a strong rope. The loop should be large enough to slip over the toe of your shoe. Tie the other end of the rope to your Gravity Guiding Inversion Bar

With one foot in the loop, place both hands on the Inversion Bar and and shift weight to foot in loop. Hook free leg onto bar, following with "looped" leg. Release hand hold to free hang. Reverse procedure to dismount.
