Sweet vintage 1950s-60s or possibly even older Green Corduroy Fiesta Skirt Set has an open front blouse/jacket with a stand-up collar, copper concha buttons (no buttonholes), 3/4 length Dolman-style sleeves with articulated elbows and gusseted underarms, and embroidered trim and rickrack. Full-circle skirt has 3 tiers on a 1.5" waistband and back metal zipper closure, last tier has 5 rows of trim. Masses of fabric make this skirt quite heavy  - shown with crinoline, not included. Skirt waist is only 22", top could fit up to a size 6. Handmade!
